Fall is Here

by: Patrick Dagan

Hi, I’m Patrick Dagan and I am a seventh grader at PCS. This is my first year at the school I transferred from Castine to Penobscot over the summer. I am super excited for what this year has to offer! Fall is here. The leaves are changing color and the temperature is dropping. Out come the jackets and vest. Right now we are in the middle of two sports. The soccer team is in full swing and has a winning record as of now. The small but enthusiastic Cross-Country team, the Bagaduce Unicorns, are at full speed as they run to the Blue Hill School on Thursday to compete in their final meet of the season. Don’t forget Halloween is right around the corner. What will you be? With fall comes different foods and the Harvest lunch was a perfect way to serve the new food from the school garden. Big thanks to chef Lisa Cloukey for preparing such a good meal.
